Jim also has wide corporate-governance experience in publicly-listed and private companies, as a Board member, senior executive and an external legal adviser.

Beacon's approach to corporate governance is based on coaching Boards of Directors to become more effective both commercially and legally.

This is achieved by education, institution of proper processes and protocols and the development of a shared understanding with senior operational leaders as to how they, too, can leverage the overall governance process.
