Beacon's approach to corporate governance is based on coaching Boards of Directors to become more effective both commercially and legally.

It commenced in 2008, with publication of the Handbook, “Commendable Leadership in Busisess- the 7 Cs”, authored by Jim Wilson.
The Book has received commendable reviews and will form the basis of development of proprietary education

programmes based on its content.
Development is currently under way.
